New Employee Orientation & Training
Upon hiring, employees of SPRS, Inc. complete an in-depth Knowledge, Experience and Clinical Skills Survey which allows us to design a comprehensive orientation and training program to ensure all of our therapists are thoroughly trained in all areas necessary. Facility Staff In-service & Training
Our emphasis on education also extends to the facility, with excellent in-service training available not only in rehab services, but also in regulatory compliance. Training Programs might include:
- Restorative Nursing Aide Program
- Positioning & Seating
- Splinting
- Identification of Residents With Dysphagia
- PPS & MDS Essentials
Employee Continuing Education
Our goal is to ensure that our therapists stay current with the newest treatment methods and regulatory issues to provide your residents with the most effective rehabilitation program to meet their special needs. In addition to corporate provided in-service training on regulatory and clinical issues, each therapist is given a Continuing Education Reimbursement Allowance.
