Marife V. Austria, PT
Marife received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from PCC (Philippines), in 2004. She has significant clinical experience utilizing manual therapy techniques and working with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including low back pain, neck pain, work related injuries and return to work rehabilitation. Marife understands that medical education is an ongoing process, as such, continues to enrich her knowledge and skills through continuing education courses. Marife plans to pursue her Doctorate Degree at Western University. She is certified in BLS CPR and is a credentialed instructor. Marife enjoys hiking and the outdoors, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
Dr. Tien-Ning Yang, PT, DPT, CEEAA
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Tien-Ning Yang received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Human Behavior from University of California - Davis. He continued received his Doctorate Degree in physical therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Starting as a traveling therapist, he has obtained a vast range of experience from oncology in City of Hope to geriatrics in the skilled nursing facilities throughout California. His passion for the geriatric population has driven him to obtain his Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adults (CEEAA) to further expand his skill set to work with the geriatric population in the outpatient and skilled nursing setting. He has significant clinical experience for applying manual therapy techniques and modalities for pain management as well as creating exercise programs to specific to patients' goals and medical complexity. Dr. Tien-Ning Yang is currently actively pursuing his Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS). He hopes to set up an adult community program to increase balance and decrease fall risk in the geriatric population through Tai Chi. On his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, bowling, and piano.
